I. Qualifications for Partnership

2. Own or rent a suitable store with a lease term of no less than one year.

II. Distributor Management Rules

1. **Price Management**: A unified pricing system shall be applied to supply and retail prices for all distributors.

2. **Sales Management**: Distributors are prohibited from dumping products at low prices or conducting cross-regional parallel trading, to ensure healthy and orderly market development across all regions.

 

III. Partnership Process

1. Applicants make initial inquiries with Mengtu Conqueror to learn about partnership details.

3. Our staff will arrange business negotiations. Once both sides reach an agreement, an official distribution contract will be signed.
